Portal 2.0: rebuilding your command center

The heart of your Sign In App experience gets a complete overhaul with Portal 2.0. Using the latest web technologies, we've rebuilt the user interface to provide a more responsive, customizable experience that works seamlessly across all devices.

Enhanced activity management

The familiar Today page becomes the new Activity view - a customizable, data-rich dashboard that lets you sort, filter, and export with ease. View any date range, perform bulk actions, and see who’s due in at a glance. History and live activity are now unified in one powerful view - no more jumping between screens.

New people directory

Managing regular visitors, contractors, and employees is now effortless. The new directory brings everyone into one organized space with clear status indicators and upcoming visits. Add, edit, or archive multiple records at once. For large organizations, bulk imports and inline editing cut admin time dramatically.

Streamlined settings management

Every settings page has been reorganized with clearer labels, smarter navigation, and contextual help. Whether configuring basic sign-in options or advanced multi-site policies, you’ll find what you need faster - and understand exactly what each setting does. The interface is future-ready, designed to accommodate new multi-site features and advanced configuration options that will roll out throughout next year. 

Modern, responsive interface

Portal 2.0 feels fast everywhere - desktop, tablet, or mobile. Dark mode improves visibility in any environment, and with improved loading times, common tasks now take fewer clicks to complete.

Enhanced device experience: the new kiosk

We’re modernizing what we now call the kiosk experience across both iPad and - for the first time - Android devices.

Android support finally arrives

Your most requested feature arrives early next year. Android compatibility gives you full freedom in hardware and deployment. Choose the devices that fit your budget and environment without sacrificing functionality.

Simplified device configuration

Device setup is faster, with fewer steps and clearer options. More settings move to the portal for centralized, remote management - so you can update every device across every site in seconds.

Multi-site management revolution

For organizations operating across multiple locations, we're introducing capabilities that transform how you work at scale.

Field and message libraries

Libraries save serious time for multi-site teams. Create custom fields or policy messages once, complete with dropdowns, validation, or translations, then roll them out across every site. When something changes, update it once - the entire network stays in sync.

Site collections (coming 2026)

Coming next year, Site Collections will let you group sites to share settings and configurations = organized by region, department, or any structure that fits your business. Update all sites in a collection with one action, view collective reports, and access data across locations. It’s centralized control with the flexibility to tailor each site as needed.

Smart visitor experiences

We're enhancing the experience for everyone who interacts with your sites.

Improved autocomplete intelligence

Instead of just remembering basic details, the system links every visit across your organization, recognizing returning visitors automatically. They can use the same QR code for multi-day access, skip repeated agreements, and move seamlessly between sites - while you get cleaner data on visitor patterns company-wide.

Approval on arrival

Need tighter access control? The new approval on arrival feature lets you configure certain visitor types or specific situations to require host approval before access is granted. The host receives an instant notification and can approve or decline directly from their phone.

Enhanced notifications and communication

We're adding expanded notification options throughout the system, including alerts when visitors forget to sign out.

Spaces enhancements

Our Spaces feature gets significant upgrades including recurring bookings, multi-day reservations, and detailed utilization data to show how your facilities are actually being used.

Quizzes and assessment

New quiz functionality lets you add a quick safety or policy quiz before granting access. Results are stored automatically for compliance and audit reporting, and different quiz sets can be assigned to different visitor types.
