Overview
Sign In App for iPad is designed to be easy to use, so everyone passing through your reception has an enjoyable experience signing in to your site. The app has two modes;
Reception mode
Make a great first impression. Personalised with your logo, reception mode presents a series of screens that walk your visitors through your sign in process. Each stage of the process can be customised or switched off if required. Visitors sign out when they leave your site.
Sign In App has two different options for reception mode, New and Original experience. New experience aims to improve accessability and privacy while giving the user interface a visual update. Original experience gives continuity for those who love Sign In App as it is.
Config mode
Before you start reception mode, you have the option to connect a printer in config mode. This mode also gives you the option to view the fire/evacuation list from the iPad, sign out all visitors and remove the device from the site.
Tip
If your iPad is connected to a site, the app will automatically start in config mode. If not, you will be asked to enter an authorisation code. To generate an authorisation code from the online portal, follow these steps.
