"We have had Sign In App for almost three months now and it has been amazing."

Getting everyone to sign in on a piece of paper when we stand up our Emergency Operations Center was time-consuming, and people would forget to sign in - or they would intend to sign in after the line went down and then never would. 

Because we only stand up the EOC when there is something happening, the first few minutes is chaotic and hectic so being able to walk in and sign in in a few seconds is essential so they can get to work. 

Half the time we are hours into the process when we remember to get a sign in sheet. I can not tell you the times I ended the event with “please sign in”. This has changed that, and the ability to sign everyone out ourselves, so we can just dismiss them saves so much time.

Every event we do in the military we have to produce an After-Action Report. Having Sign In App has allowed us to print an Excel spreadsheet to send forward with the AAR showing who was in attendance. Everyone has to attend one exercise or real-world event every year, so in the future it will help us track this a lot easier - having 10 to 20 events a year, it was so hard to dig through horrible handwriting and find if a person did indeed attend so they would not have to attend refresher training. Now it takes seconds. 

My leadership pushed back on having this system saying we are doing fine. Now that we have it, they are saying “why didn’t we buy this years ago?”.

We could not be any happier to have the system.
