Your site’s layout can be as simple or as detailed as you need. By managing your spaces visually in Spaces, you can quickly add your bookable spaces, upload photos and assign tags. If you already have a floor plan you can use this too. Once your layout is complete, you’re good to go.

With Spaces, you aren’t limited to just desks and meeting rooms. Through the online editor, you can create a layout that’s as unique as your business, school or venue. Simply name the spaces or add more information like a photo, description and tags to make finding your perfect space even easier.

Quickly find your perfect space

Spaces is optimized to work seamlessly with Sign In App Companion on smartphones. From the app, your employees can search availability, filter results by tag, make reservations and quickly rebook spaces over multiple days. You can also check upcoming bookings from the calendar tab.

From the online portal, you can review bookings for each space and zone, checking when the site is nearing capacity. Spaces automatically monitors site capacity to ensure you never exceed the limits you’ve put in place, while social distancing can be maintained by disabling individual spaces.
