What made you look for a visitor management system?

We were looking to digitalize our processes to clean up our data tracking. We were originally using a paper sign in sheet that we had to store for record retention purposes. Now, we are able to store this information digitally and export the information to an excel sheet that we can input into our other systems.

We were recommended the system by an industry member in our area that already used the system. They gave glowing reviews, and it matched what we were looking for in terms of functionality and ease of use.

What's your experience been like so far?

The Sign In App team has been incredible. Their online chat support team is timely and effective. A particular shout out to Katie who has also been a huge help and checks in occasionally to make sure our systems are operating well.

Which feature have you made particular use of?

In the case of an emergency, the evacuation feature is incredibly simple and has cleaned up our processes. When we have been sharing the app within the company, the first concern is the evacuation process. Checking people off is as easy as it sounds.

How has Sign In App added value in your organization?

We now have incredible visibility into our facility. We have names and faces which make a safer and more inclusive environment. We also save time and space by not having to manually transfer information from paper to computer, and we don’t have to store daily sign in sheets, cleaning up our storage rooms.

Would you recommend Sign In App to other organizations?

Absolutely! We have been implementing it into our other facilities. I think this product will fit into many large and small scale operations. Sign In App a great group to work with, they have a solid product, and anyone that tries it will see the ease and effectiveness. Anytime I have to sign in on paper, I make sure to tell them about Sign In App!
